DAMAGE ITEM SOLD TO ME

I placed my order on 12/18/2023 … it was suppose to be delivered 12/22/2023 , ups shows delivered Best Buy show delayed. They declined my refund or reshipment . And told me I needed to contact local police department . They also told me my billing name and shipping name was different … I literally got robbed & lost $565 sad ash …. I’ll never purchase from Best Buy again

Super phone and super easy to setup

The design is beautiful and the screen and camera quality is wonderful! The sound quality is clear and crisp. My only complaint is that due to it being preowned, the battery life isn’t the best.
