    I received the phone and it was heavy scratches on the screen and sides I did contact Best Buy and they sent me a replacement device saying it would not come in the same condition so I received the replacement device and it’s worse condition I don’t not recommend for the prices they are selling at!!!’

    I bought an iPhone 11 Promax last week from Best Buy in Chicago IL, in the Howard location but the customer service work at that said the better health Is 90% or better than but when you come to reality the battery health is 85%

    It came three days early so that was definitely a sign, I was in relief when they lowered the price on the phone I was able to buy it before prices went up

    it is a used iPhone with 80% battery which is a percentage of battery change it does not have an active Apple warranty it is an old phone

    I bought one and it only lasted three weeks, the screen went off and it didn't turn on anymore, Best Buy is not responsible for anything, you have to go to the apple store.
