Works just like new and uses original Apple parts!

I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, the phone itself was in good condition however when I went to transfer my number, the phone company said they were unable to do so because it was reading as an unknown part and it wasnt registered. The lady said that this is common with refurbished phones from Best Buy. Also, it seemed like the phone didnt keep a charge for very long, we had to keep it on the charger 80% of the time. I wish I would have known this sooner.

Having a lot of issue with the phone. Ringer, volume and camera.

Bought this phone refurbished from Best buy, and they would only allow a 3 month warranty. Sure enough on month 4 it stopped working. I took it to an Apple store and they claimed the phone has been in water, and the motherboard was bad. Also the camera was blurry from day one, but was told that normal?! Don't buy anything refurbished from BestBuy!

Not what I expected for what thw price was for it. Bad scratches in the back of the phone right side as well as whete the camera side jn the back scratches all around the circles.

Phone came in i did a inspection at the store to make sure i didnt see any problems. Besides it being a litte dusty its was all good! Its does come with a generic charger and cable which i quickly upgraded to a better one.

got this as a gift for my son for Christmas , tried to set it up couple days ago and the screen is just black. Cant return it. Nice gift I made

77% battery, phone lags and slow and it also warms up very fast and the battery goes down very fast. Returned it and wouldn’t recommend.

I spent 529 dollars on a product thats battery is below 80% max compacity, came with a charger that wasnt even mfi ceritied or apple, and was delayed. Terrible quality for your moneys worth…

Won’t stay charged. For $800 for a used phone I would expect it to have been looked over more carefully. Pretty upset as we’re just past the 14 day return mark .

Very dissatisfied… I chatted with an expert before purchasing this item to confirm if I would be able to purchase the Apple Care Plus warranty and was told yes. After my son opened his Christmas gift and activated the phone I was unable to purchase the warranty. I chatted back in for assistance and was told I was given incorrect information. Now I have to return the item and pay a restocking fee.

The item arrived locked to prior carrier. We have been unable to connect it to another carrier. We will bring it into the store to see if they can get it fixed. Very frustrating to buy an unlocked phone that is locked...

Received phone that wasnt unlocked. Im so upset wasted my time setting up a phone that cant be activated with current carrier

Very bad experience, I understand that bestbuy doesn't sell new iPhones, however the phone sold to me was unacceptable. It was scrached around the camera area, it looked like it was dropped. I had a hard time understanding why would they sell a product as it was.

Exchanged it 2 times still came with worst battery life
