We have been unable to connect it to another carrier. We will bring it into the store to see if they can get it fixed. Very frustrating to buy an unlocked phone that is locked...

Very disappointed

It was scrached around the camera area, it looked like it was dropped. I had a hard time understanding why would they sell a product as it was.

Not Refurbished… unusable for $400

Returned it within a few days after 2 trips to the T-mobile store (5 hours of my weekend lost) and another 30 minutes with the Best Buy Geek Squad. No one was able to get the phone to stop flipping nonstop from SOS to 5G. Unable to make voice calls. It should never have been listed as “refurbished”.
