Purchased phone because my old one had a severely degraded battery. Extremely disappointed. The phone is also very scratched up along its edges. Will not buy pre-owned from BestBuy again.

The screen was in perfect shape. No really noticeable blemishes on the phone. It was in perfect working order. Battery holding up good so far. Very happy with this purchase.

Hit or Miss!

Again I stress when you buy something used or refurbished it is always hit or miss. I have bought other used and or refurbished iphones from best buy and they were great. Unfortunately for this phone it was a miss, about 8 months into having this phone the charger port stopped working. Yes I could have gotten it fixed and I was able to charge the phone using a wireless charger. Eventually I just bought another phone.

I had no sound for a few hours. Still not connected to my car and it took me over 3 hours on the phone with Apple support to make my phone operational.
