After my son opened his Christmas gift and activated the phone I was unable to purchase the warranty. I chatted back in for assistance and was told I was given incorrect information. Now I have to return the item and pay a restocking fee.

We have been unable to connect it to another carrier. We will bring it into the store to see if they can get it fixed. Very frustrating to buy an unlocked phone that is locked...

It was scrached around the camera area, it looked like it was dropped. I had a hard time understanding why would they sell a product as it was.
