Bought with a confidence that it has been inspected and tested carefully by Bestbuy to ship it oversea. Find out from the first time using the ear speaker is failed and has to be replaced. Disappointed

There is a problem with the speaker and now the screen seems to be frozen. It won't let me scroll.

Pretty disappointed to purchase an "Unlocked" phone that isn't unlocked. Even worse is this was a Christmas present for my daughter. And we tried for hours to activate, and it did not work. Only to take it to Verizon and them to tell us the phone is in collections and can not be activated. And then to return was even more of a hassle. And to think they were going to charge ME to restock the phone?!?! They sold a phone that isn't even unlocked.

I purchased this phone for my Dad. Just as the 14 day return window closed we noticed the iphone is getting very hot upon regular usage. I am afraid it will catch fire or cause other harm. Do not recommend.

I got a phone and since it wasnt cheap at $454 was expecting that the phone was in good cosmetic condition but it wasn’t so i return it but got charge $45 for restocking fee when they didnt send out a good phone money is tigh in this times of the year and just dealibg with this is a no no for me of doing something similar in the future good luck if u order one hopefully you dont have the same experience

Expensive for an open boxed phone scratch by the sound no memory storage basic phone

Phone overheat. Screen turns on and off. Volume go in and out. Would not purchase a refurbished phone again. Poor quality.

iPhone came with scratches and deep marks everywhere. Horrible condition that wasn’t mentioned in the description when I bought it, it’s like they dropped it and smashed it. I do not recommend buying their pre-owened because they come in very poor condition.

It’s not worth the price for a pre owned old gen iPhone. Just get the new 13 or 14 for a small price increase. Battery health was at %80
