I purchased this iPhone in the last 1-2 months and it has worked well without any major issues so far. There were a few dings in the phone but that’s to be expected since it is pre-owned. The only issue I’ve encountered so far is the phone not ringing when called. I haven’t been able to fix it yet but found a work around for now until I can bring it somewhere to have it looked at. Overall happy with the phone.

Incredible shape. Easy to set up. Decent camera upgrade from my Iphone 7 lol BUT... TERRIBLE battery. You get what you pay for. Great deal but mediocre in some aspects.

The staff were great in recommending something reliable and compact. I'm not really a fan of Apple products, but this phone has all the bsic functions and has lasted me as long as I have needed so far.

The price of the pre-owned phone really made it affordable at a time when we really couldn't afford a new phone. And it works so well. And the Best Buy guy (whatever you call your employees) really knew the product. I really trusted what he told me.

I have to say I was pretty skeptical about purchasing a preowned iPhone but Best Buy came through and delivered exactly what was advertised and the phones condition is great. It looks brand new. I am very happy with my purchase..

Excellent for what you’re getting for price. With this quality I would expect it to be 1000$. Although the no home button takes getting used to, and the battery doesn’t seem as good as the SE 3. The screen resolution and refresh rate is definitely noticeable, along with performance.

Purchased late November of 2024. Immaculate condition and my daughter loves it. Great deal and stress free.

Performance-wise, the phone is very fast and responsive. I can switch between apps without lag, and gaming runs smoothly. The battery life lasts me a full day with regular use, and charging is quick.

Great phone bought it NEW yrs ago wish it had more than 64 GB of memory…gave it to my GF and bought the NEW 13 promax 1TB when they came out 3 yrs ago
