Great item my daughter love it, it works perfectly

A refurbished phone at a non refurbished price. I am always hesitant to make a purchase on anything that is refurbished and not BNIB. Especially electronics. So i went ahead and made the purchase of a refurbished i phone 12 . I thought it would be the same , if not , just a difference i wouldnt even be able to notice. Instead, i find myself saying , “where did all my battery go” just about every day , if not twice a day. And othrr little instances that i feel wouldn’t happen had i not purchased “refurbished” . Maybe I’m wrong , but either way this i phone has battery issues and i am going to stick to my policy from now on. Especially when there is very little of a price difference to start with. Its my fault for not being patient but the phone still sucks none the less.

Unfortunately, I bought the phone to give to my girlfriend, I sent it by USPS mail and the mail threw the phone away, I couldn't enjoy it for a second. :( ..Pay more than $500 it would be great to get this prize

Good condition but battery life percentage was at the percentage to replace battery have to charge it more thru the day doesn’t last all day and I am not a game or video watcher.

Very quick and easy did not have to wait hours like you would in the cell phone stores.

My S10E was dying and my wife wanted my phone to be the same as hers but AT&T didn't have it and recommended Best Buy. Brilliant! The service was terrific! Eric transferred everything to the new phone and paired the phone with my Ipad. I couldn't be happier!!!!

The refurbished iPhone 12 arrived with noticeable cosmetic flaws, which I expected to some extent. However, after just one month, the charging port began to malfunction, making it difficult to charge reliably. While the phone functions well overall, the quality control for refurbished devices could be better. A disappointing experience considering the investment.

So glad I got this phone through Best Buy. I won’t shop anywhere else for electronics.

I bought this phone on 3/22 and it stopped charging on 4/28. As a total tech member, I brought it in to be fixed but they were not able to correct it or replace it as the warranty goes through Apple which starts on the original date of purchase for the phone bought new and not used. So if anything goes wrong with the phone you buy, you are screwed. I would definitely 5 star the Geek Squad staff and manager who spent over an hour trying to help me fix the phone. So it’s bad luck that the phone went bad as these are not certified only “checked” to be functional. The phone worked fine for those four weeks. Learning lesson for me not to buy used from Best Buy as it’s not covered by any protection against faulty equipment and now I’m out the money I spent.
