Battery Health super low on purchase When asking Customer rep they answered “Its like brand new” even after asking specifically for battery health

It's still easy to use which I like, picture quality is better than my last phone but I only have issues with my ring tone volume

The phone is in perfect condition. However, I was told that the battery would be at approximately 90%, but when I got home and set it up, I saw that it was actually at 71%. The phone works perfectly, but there’s no way to check the battery health before making the purchase.

Phone was in mint condition. Easy to set up and pick up was a breeze as I pre-purchased it online. Didn't come with original box however it did come in a sealed box with charger. No issues with the phone and the price was decent for the quality. Would do this option again.
