    Battery life is not that good.. also sales rep got annoyed when I told him I had lost my phone and just need a new phone. It felt like he would have given me a better deal if I would have listened to his entire spiel on switching carriers

    Looked súper nice an after a month speaker when out ! Why do you guys well stuff that doesnt work ! And I bought it pretty pricey and it was reburbished

    So far so good, minor setbacks with setup the device but that was between tmoble and Apple. Nothing to do with best buy. There were several crashes on the device. I was going to return it and try and purchase another one but it was around the holidays. For the price you couldn’t beat it and he seems happy with the purchase.

    Nice but had some trouble with getting FaceTime to work so I returned it. Maybe it was on my end, so I just returned it for the iphone 11pro.

    Screen dosent work properly. Sometime phantom clicks happen. Sometimes it dosent work when u touch
