    The battery on this device is very poor I think they didn't do a good job in refurbushing it and I couldn't return this device because I was out of the country for 1 month. Very poor quality for the price tag hope it would have been better.. I would still appriciate if I can get any help regarding this.

    Bought a pre-owed for my dad as a gift as I was setting it up and everything I didn’t realize speakers did not work , I went back the next day and I was exchanged to a different one but now it came all scratched up and damaged . Worst thing is I was also charged extra from the carrier so ended up wasting more money ! , don’t buy pre owed phones from Best Buy !

    i returned it, because of lack of customer service. I could not get any help getting the phone up and running and basic help with set up. The lack of customer service at this store lately has me wondering how much longer I will be shop there. If i wanted internet quality service help I would buy my stuff on line. Brick and mortor store wake up, its about survice
