I recently purchased a pre-owned iPhone 12 from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The phone was in excellent condition, with no visible scratches or dents. It looks and feels almost brand new!

I bought this phone for my brother, and he loves it, it's a beauty. Sleek, slim, and compact. It's fast and easy to work.

The phone is working well in terms of battery longevity, it displays clear picture on face time and good quality. It still works well , has right icons to use and is the right size to carry.

Best Buy insured the l phone 12 was in excellent condition. I couldn’t be more pleased. I anticipate a new iPhone every year but I’ve learned getting a pre-owned iPhone is affordable and reliable!

The multiple negative reviews scared me but I figured I’d give it a shot and just return it if it was scuffed or damaged. Ended up getting what looked like a brand new phone but in a non-apple box. Got it as a gift and just replaced the box and everything turned out fine. Turned on and all seems to working well!

How easy it was to look online and find what was available at a very good price. Even easier to actually go to our Best Buy and see it before we were committed to the purchase. Yes, we were given several options while we made the decision. But we were not pushed into something we would be remorseful for after the deal was done.Still learning alot about its features and enjoying this upgrade.

Arrived in great condition. Nice color and easy setup with my carrier. No Knicks or scratches and the screen works as well as all the functions that should on this model of iPhone. Great replacement for my older Galaxy phone which I could no longer receive OS updates.

This is my first time purchasing a used phone. It is actually in good condition. The only downside is that I cannot purchase extra insurance or geek on the unit. But it does have 1 year with apple care, so I guess its ok. But I'am satisfied with my purchase.

My son summered his phone in a blind and this was a great inexpensive replacement in a crunch! No scratches in new condition we did have to get through several updates but no biggie!

I am loving my new/used iPhone 12 from Best Buy. It appears to be in excellent condition and even two weeks past the grace period of taking it back, it is still working in perfect condition. Praise God!
