The iPhone comes in great condition and has no scratches or cracks on it. Battery Life is good and charges super quick on different types of chargers. Camera quality is very good no scratches on camera it’s super clear.

worked well and great condition; sadly though was able to transfer data because i was unawares when preordering the iPhone 17pro max that my profile is being transferred already. but setting up the device was easy and the best buy representative truly helped me out that day

I could not be more pleased with my purchase. I only wish I had bought a pre-owned iPhone before instead of spending a lot more money. It is perfect. I bought online, picked up at the store, went to my carrier TMobile and within 5 minutes had my "new" phone ready to use. There is no way I can tell it was ever used.

I bought this phone for my mom, i think it is pretty good and reliable for day to day activities for parents. It has better camera, average battery life, okayish display and good software experience.

I have purchased many refurbished phones from Bestbuy and so far they have all been in fantastic shape and work perfectly. Don’t risk buying a phone from a stranger when you can buy one guaranteed to work from your local Bestbuy!

I have not encountered any issues with the phone since my purchase a year ago. The camera quality is exceptional, and the battery life is remarkably long-lasting. Additionally, the shipping was prompt, and the device arrived without any damage. Best Buy's services are outstanding.

Good condition but battery health was 77. Could have been better

Just picked up my cell and it is great so far. The color is very pretty, even found a leather case the same color, the weight is just right and I really like to overall easy to use. The overall experience from ordering, setting up my information and service at Best Buy was amazing! Cannot thank them enough.

Idk how old this phone was or how many repairs were made previously to me buying but it’s brand new to me. No scratches or anything and I have yet to run across any problems. Thank you Best Buy !!!!!!!

Bought this phone as a gift for my son. It’s pre owned but works like new. My son is very excited. It’s new but much cheaper price.Personally I love iPhones but couldn’t afford a brand new one. This works the best

In good condition no visible scratches the iPhone maintains good battery and loads much better. Bought for my dad. Went from a Samsung a16 that lagged and this is a huge upgrade. Will be buying a second for mom.

it did arrive with some very faint cracks at the top of screen, but it was in otherwise good condition. I've had it for about a month now and it's been serving me well so far.

I was super hesitant since it is pre-owned and I read some not so good reviews as well. But the Iphone 12 I got was great. It does have some minor scratches on the side of the phone which is fine with me because again, it’s preowned. But the overall function of the phone is in great condition, just like new. Camera is clear, battery life is good as well, I can last a whole day without charging even when I use my phone a lot. It charges fast as well. The phone comes with a pin removing tool and a non apple lightning charger. Overall, very pleased with this purchase

iPhone came in a very nice geek squad packaging along with a charger and in almost new condition. It held a pretty good battery life considering its age and was almost as fast as the regular 16 iPhone. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a 2nd phone or entry into apple

When purchasing a refurbished or open box, I do not recommend do not buy it one you will have battery problems even if I got fixed. They did not replace the battery less than a year. Your phone will be messed up. I learned my lesson once and I returned it, I didn’t need this phone, but I love the quality on the phone. It’s very great size and value. I would recommend buying new out the box. Do not purchase an open box or refurbished.
