The iPhone comes in great condition and has no scratches or cracks on it. Battery Life is good and charges super quick on different types of chargers. Camera quality is very good no scratches on camera it’s super clear.

I bought this phone for my mom, i think it is pretty good and reliable for day to day activities for parents. It has better camera, average battery life, okayish display and good software experience.

Good condition but battery health was 77. Could have been better

Just picked up my cell and it is great so far. The color is very pretty, even found a leather case the same color, the weight is just right and I really like to overall easy to use. The overall experience from ordering, setting up my information and service at Best Buy was amazing! Cannot thank them enough.

I was super hesitant since it is pre-owned and I read some not so good reviews as well. But the Iphone 12 I got was great. It does have some minor scratches on the side of the phone which is fine with me because again, it’s preowned. But the overall function of the phone is in great condition, just like new. Camera is clear, battery life is good as well, I can last a whole day without charging even when I use my phone a lot. It charges fast as well. The phone comes with a pin removing tool and a non apple lightning charger. Overall, very pleased with this purchase

When purchasing a refurbished or open box, I do not recommend do not buy it one you will have battery problems even if I got fixed. They did not replace the battery less than a year. Your phone will be messed up. I learned my lesson once and I returned it, I didn’t need this phone, but I love the quality on the phone. It’s very great size and value. I would recommend buying new out the box. Do not purchase an open box or refurbished.

Although the phone that i received came with minor scratches, it has yet to fail on me and has remained durable. The condition of the phone seems to be close to new with amazing battery life, camera and screen quality as well as a lack of overheating. With new phones running over $1000, the price is fair for a product in excellent condition!
