The phone is working well in terms of battery longevity, it displays clear picture on face time and good quality. It still works well , has right icons to use and is the right size to carry.

Great deal on a used iPhone that works as I purchased it new. You don't need to always have the newest one to have a quality iPhone. Save a couple hundred dollars and be a year or two behind with a quality used phone.

It’s great. Battery life when I got it was at 87 maximum capacity. Definitely going to have to get a battery replacement. Other then that it’s a great phone despite being pre owned.

Wanted to purchase a used phone for teenage son. Decided to purchase from Best Buy as it was covered under my total protection plan instead of purchasing insurance through wireless carrier. Wish it came in a box that felt more “New” as this was a gift. Phone was in great condition. Also- did not like how refurbished/ preowned phones are not on the floor. You have the request the exact phone and cannot browse. This is frustrating because you have no ability to see options without someone going in the back and bringing them out. They should have a display for preowned/ refurbished phones instead of it being a secret. They have open box items out so not sure why they do this.

Very pleased with pre-owned IPhone 12. Transferring from my other phone was successful and explanation of IPhone 12 made it easy. Phone works great and saved me a lot of money

This was a lifesaver. My phone was run over by a car by accident ,and I did not want to pay 1000.00 plus for a new one. I came into Best Buy and bought this refurbished one. It looks brand new. You can not even tell that it was not.
