I bought this phone on 3/22 and it stopped charging on 4/28. As a total tech member, I brought it in to be fixed but they were not able to correct it or replace it as the warranty goes through Apple which starts on the original date of purchase for the phone bought new and not used. So if anything goes wrong with the phone you buy, you are screwed. I would definitely 5 star the Geek Squad staff and manager who spent over an hour trying to help me fix the phone. So it’s bad luck that the phone went bad as these are not certified only “checked” to be functional. The phone worked fine for those four weeks. Learning lesson for me not to buy used from Best Buy as it’s not covered by any protection against faulty equipment and now I’m out the money I spent.

Very easy and straight forward purchasing process. Made buying a device much less stressful than it is normally. Great experience!

Met all of my expectations. I was able to connect to my carrier and transfer all of my apps/data from my iphone 8 via bluetooth without any problems.

iPhone looks good, as usual with all iPhones. I find it is slow in performance and rather upgrade to the pro.
