Junk Phone from Best Buy

My son bought this phone Mid August and 2 months later it died. The screen started flashing and then it went green and then had a bright screen. It is on sometimes and off sometimes. It isn't returnable because it is past the 2 week return week. He was told it will cost him at least $280 to repair the phone. I am extremely upset with Best Buy over this. They should do better. They sold him a junk phone and don't have the integrity to make it right.
