Refurb Phone died less than 90 days after purchase.

Excellent coverage of cellphone calls, texting, and messaging

I was waiting for the arrival of the phone for around two weeks without a ongoing status of how the process was going so this was a waste of time to me who was in need of a phone.

Had many scratches for it being in excellent condition

Bought this for my daughter as a replacement phone. Camera didn't work and it was too late to return or report a problem by the time she realized it. Waste of $500.00

The person who help me, was really not a good customer service.. he was so rude when i ask him a question about the electronic that i was trying to buy

Had no storage available so we couldn’t even set it up. Purchased it as a gift for Christmas and of course there was a ridiculously short return window that we missed.

I buyed for christmas present (santa claus) and never works correctly, every 3 minutes is reset 4 itself

The phone itself look in fair condition. But it came locked, it does not show the passcode anywhere on the box.

This phone was filthy and nasty, it works but why was it not cleaned!?

I purchased this phone at Best Buy online it was bought as unlocked and refurbished. This phone was purchased in November 2022. The phone is locked. Apparently this phone was not inspected or reset. This was a gift that was sent overseas. The user is unable to reset the phone. The screen is asking for the Apple ID and Password

Still dont have the product. Twelve days and counting. No update on when to expect to receive it. No means to contact anyone. Online tracking just says delayed. This is like an overbooked airline, sold me something they cant deliver. Very disappointed.

The phone is falling apart. Camera not looking right around the edges, its like the paint is pealing offf from in.

Works and looks like a brand new iPhone 12. Not a single problem transferring my apps and data from my iPhone XR. Very happy with price and performance of this phone.
