    Wrong information provided for product. Battery life is 70% and Camera was faulty. Went to Best Buy store for Geek Squad to check and they found out it is faulty device. Strange part is Best Buy does not do quality checks for This devices before shipping it to users. So Please be aware. If you ask Geek squad to fix they will ask you to pay for that faulty device to repair . Or return it .

    Visually the cell phone is 10/10, battery at 86%, the charger it comes with is not original. The price compared to Apple rebushied is not much and I think the battery is in better condition, the battery and charger are factors that should improve.

    If this phone was sealed up in an apple official package box, you wouldn’t be able to tell it’s refurbished. it is in Excellent condition and I see no issue with this phone. Glassback is clean, screen is clean, Metal frame is untouched, battery is perfect, Etc., if this phone was refurbished they must have replaced everything, cause there’s nothing that seemed used about this phone.

    Battery won't stay charged long at all. From 100% to almost dead in about 4hrs. It's my daughter's phone an it's dead by the end of her school day. It's so frustrating

    This phone was not in the best condition. It kept getting hotter and hotter with use. Found out it needed a new battery. Returned the item.

    The phone is in fantastic shape. Haven’t had any issues with it. The screen has little to no scratches. The price was about as low as it could get being that it is an Apple product which means it was far less cheaper. Would definitely buy again from here.
