Do Not Purchase This Phone

The product description included an explicit "excellent" yet the battery health declined to 79% in just one month. And Best Buy will not just replace the battery - other than for a charge and shipment to where the real work is done - as refurbished phones do not come with any warranty. Totally dissatisfied and so will be returning the phone for refund.

The price compared to Apple rebushied is not much and I think the battery is in better condition, the battery and charger are factors that should improve.

Glassback is clean, screen is clean, Metal frame is untouched, battery is perfect, Etc., if this phone was refurbished they must have replaced everything, cause there’s nothing that seemed used about this phone.
