Faulty device

Battery life is 70% and Camera was faulty. Went to Best Buy store for Geek Squad to check and they found out it is faulty device. Strange part is Best Buy does not do quality checks for This devices before shipping it to users. So Please be aware. If you ask Geek squad to fix they will ask you to pay for that faulty device to repair . Or return it .

Worked exactly as advertised. I bought it for a friend who's been using it for ove one year now and hasn't had any problems with it.

I had nothing but trouble with them. The local Apple Store told me not to buy anymore phones from Amazon. They told me to buy a refurbished iPhone on Best Buy and I did and it works the way it should and I am extremely happy of Best Buy and Thank You.

Touch screen quit working after 1year/90day warran

Love my refurbished IPhone 12 Mini

I’ve always wanted iPhone 12 Mini because it’s the design that I like (two rear cameras are aligned vertically). The phone definitely looked as good as new.
