    Good little phone compared to my previous one but the battery life is horrible and heats up to quick. Called Best Buy support and did not receive any help.

    I wanted to checkout the IOS operating system so I could keep up with my grandkids! This phone is really a pleasant surprise! Have no issues with it so far. Being a Samsung fan, there is a learning curve. But I enjoy checking out different technology.

    I have always bought a phone through a phone carrier but they always break in me and I decided to buy one outside of a Carrie’s so I came to Best Buy. My phone has been working amazing and it hasn’t giving me any problems

    The packaging was so poorly presented. I didn’t even think it was a real iPhone in the box. I am extremely shocked that this type of product came from Best Buy but when I looked deeper into it, it came from a third-party. I would’ve never spent five $500 if I knew it was come from a third-party and not Best Buy themselves very very very disappointed.
