Men please i need to return this item. The screen is crack yet it was sent toe.

Not even a year from date of puchase and having gliyching problems.

great little Iphone happy with it and the customer service was great.

Very glitchy, huge dent at the bottom. Did not seem to have even been looked at by best buy. As previous reviews state, seemed to have been shipped directly from previous owner.

The speaker is really low , I can’t hear anything unless I have headphones in..

These aren't refurbished phones. Bestbuy sells broken phones then when you return them cuz they don't work, you pay a $45 restocking fee...

so far so good for a refurbished phone - thankful for a somewhat decent price - the case i originally ordered can as the wrong phone size and the store didnt have any for it - 4 stars because the case wasnt properly marked/tagged

The 12 mini is a decent phone with a good size and processor, but has a lackluster camera, only 4 gigabytes of ram, and no USB-C or headphone jack.

Phone is in great shape, a few scratches on back camera but just the color. Cameras are fine

Its a nice phone takes fire pictures and lowkey like the color red.The battery lasts a long time witch I mean say less.

This phone was the perfect little upgrade for me from an iPhone 7. My hands are small so I opted for the mini and it’s perfect! The phone is in immaculate condition for being pre owned as well!

The phone is working great it was in very good condition no scratches.

I ordered one of these because I believe in the value of used goods. The problem with this listing is that it is selling a used good that isn't in good condition. The screen had scratches, but would have been passable if that was all. The phones aluminum housing was deeply scratched, as it appears as though the phone had not been kept in a case. The battery life was 87 percent capacity, which is approaching the point where it will need replacing (typically 80 percent), a 70 dollar fee through apple. This only came with a 200 dollar discount off of buying a new 13 mini directly from Apple. I've bought used phones before that are great. This is not one of them. This is just a bad deal.

I have now received 2 of these used phones and both (the original and the replacement) came with a “significantly degraded battery” with a capacity below 80%. A guy at the Apple Store recommended that I purchase from Best Buy because they are an authorized Apple reseller but I don’t understand how that is. After the SECOND bad battery I asked over chat to be refunded the cost simply to replace the battery. I was told I have to go into the store. Just another inconvenience in this whole process. Make sure you check the battery health when you receive these phones! The first one could be an accident…the second one not so much.
