Neither one was “unlocked” and we had to get them activated with AT&T. The first week my phone worked great. Then I started having issues, the phone doesn’t charge half the time. I tried different chargers, then switching off the optimize battery, I’ve cleaned the charging port with a rag, a toothpick and canned air with no luck in fixing the problem. I took it to a repair shop, they also tried cleaning the port. Now I have to pay $140.00 for them to change out the port. Today is day 22 of having the phone. Best Buy should have a better warranty than 14 days. My husbands phone that I bought at the same time hasn’t had any issues.

Do not buy pre owned iPhones
