Although it is a pre owned phone, it had too many scratches considering it was certified pre owned. Brought the wrong charger too.

The phone I got came in a box of smartphone and I did reset the phone. After using it for sometimes it started lagging, The screen got freezed for a whole day. Maybe I will return it soon.

The phone kept resetting itself; the screen was uneven. I believe it was a bad screen replacement—the phone was refurbished, after all, so what can you expect?

Phone came in great condition just lik new. I and my daughter are both very happy .

This phone is still perfectly running good with battery 95%

After 2 weeks the battery started failing. I charged the phone to reach 100% and after 30 minutes it was down to. 80% with minimum use. I charge it 3 times a day. I would not recomment. I thought I had 30 days to return if there was an issue, but I only had 2 weeks.

I was send it back home because they like iPhone pro .. she gonna get it Monday

Battery has very low life, the speakers are dirty.

I bought a phone for my husband and one for me. Neither one was “unlocked” and we had to get them activated with AT&T. The first week my phone worked great. Then I started having issues, the phone doesn’t charge half the time. I tried different chargers, then switching off the optimize battery, I’ve cleaned the charging port with a rag, a toothpick and canned air with no luck in fixing the problem. I took it to a repair shop, they also tried cleaning the port. Now I have to pay $140.00 for them to change out the port. Today is day 22 of having the phone. Best Buy should have a better warranty than 14 days. My husbands phone that I bought at the same time hasn’t had any issues.

Calls are muffled when they come in. I can only hear callers clearly is when I put them on speaker. Terrible.

really disappointed as i found out the are new phones at the Towson branch at a lower price?? this were pre-owned n have scratches on both phones

Battery life was not left when I received this. Not worth it.
