Love the quality of the phone . Feels just like new phone.

Got exactly what I paid for. The phone is great. Everything works as intended. The battery life was at 88% upon pick-up. It came with a charger and adapter. The phone had minimal cosmetic damage, only a minuscule scratch in the screen, which I covered with a protector anyways. My only gripe is that the phone was not cleaned prior to pickup. There is wax-like gunk in the speaker at the top of the phone, making it impossible to talk on the phone with the phone up to my ear. The bottom speaker which music plays out of is also dirty, because the sound quality is very crusty and not at an iPhones full potential. Other than needing to get it professionally cleaned, this was a great deal for a phone I desperately needed, and I’m overall satisfied with my purchase. One thing in the future, though, would be for Best Buy or their merchant to clean the phones prior to sending to customers.

Works great! Minus a few small dings in the screen, it's a beautiful iPhone. Didn't need the minor upgrades of the 14-series at all - this one works just fine. Best quality for the money!

I wouldn't advise the purchase of this particular phone. I have overheating issues, terrible battery constant pm charging while getting an Overheating issue warning, and throughout the day the screen is Glitchy throughout the day and everyday. So I will definitely be returning to the store tomorrow morning.

Works good ive dropped it a buncha times and its still good minor scratches software is good. The release od the new iphone made mine slower i thought that was fake

Horrible. The phone was shipped out from a sad location store in Ohio. The person who shipped it had no care in the product what so ever. It came in a very thin box that looked like it was put together by a two year old. Immediately the phone screen had scratches and dents on the side of the phone and if you know anything about technology, overheating can damage the battery. When I turn the phone on, it begins to overheat..probably because it was delivered in a very thin box with no protection from the weather. Please do yourself a favor and just pay apple a little more money. They will treat your apple product with love and care, and it may cost alittle more but the product will be guaranteed.

I got this phone when the battery is 81% ; after two weeks it became 79%; the camera is bad. When calling I have to use loud speakers otherwise I can’t hear. I am so disappointed
