    Great iPhone it was a valentine gift to my mom who was using a iPhone XR that died quite the upgrade she loves it she can FaceTime with me and her sisters no probleem or even google duo! !thank you Best Buy for helping me pick out the phone for my mom!

    The phone was clean and in excellent condition. Battery Maximum was at 90% which is good considering it was pre owned. There was no issues as of the time of this review which is 2 weeks after purchase.

    Purchased the phone a year ago just to upgrade myself as opposed to going through my phone company. Came in fairly quickly, not in original packaging or with original charger but these were both ok for me. Camera quality great, great overall purchase.

    My daughter's iphone 13 stopped working and couldn't be fixed. Didn't want to get a new one so I purchased this pre-owned iphone 12 Pro. Looked brand new. Geek Squad was great and helped me get it up and running.

    Good product and works perfectly. Although it is a refurbished, it looks no different from the new one. Slight scratches are expected as with most refurbished products.

    Go with the Pro Max if you have large hands. Battery isn’t the greatest! Depreciated in 3 weeks from 800 to 500.

    My 13 max pro is in great condition how ever my wife 12 pro only has 80% battery life and you cant check the phone out beforehand.
