First used phone was not working properly the speaker did not work, but the customer service at best buy was quick to help and returned the phone for me and ordered a replacement. The second use phone I received worked great, very happy with it

Phone wasn’t cleaned from warehouse, whoever had the phone prior didn’t use a case so shell wasn’t the best. Battery was one of the best I’ve seen from Best Buy came in at 93%. Geek Squad manger ran diagnostics came back great no problems.

Good looking phone no scratches, or wear and tear. Battery life should have been better only at 85% at 80% Apple suggests you replace the battery,that’s why it’s not a 5 star

My daughter broke her original cellphone and this was a great option to replace it. She learned a lesson that you need to have a sturdy case on your cell phone. Phone works great and would definitely buy again.
