    After a month of using it, the screen started to freeze and then I had to turn it off to be able to use it again. The truth is, it's not worth investing in a phone like that anymore.

    Unfortunately, I have not received my item yet. It got picked up by FedEx in Miami Florida and was sent to California via a very slow route. Now it’s headed back to Florida. Therefore, I am not able to review my product because I have not gotten it after being promised it would be here on the fifth the eighth and the 10th. Today is the 11th and I still have not received my product.

    My purchase came next day super fast shipping! And great condition my dad loved his new upgrade from his xr! Also I love Best Buy they price matched a lower price I saw in amazon and was amazing!
