    This was very disappointing! Audio on iPhone was malfunctioning! Took it into geek squad. And I was told the iPhone failed their testing and system flagged them right away for poor quality of an iPhone. This is us as that Best Buy and it’s affiliates will even send a defective product to consumers!!! Despite this being pre-owned the price is insane easily over $700+. Was crazy is that fact that I’m actually taking my time to write this review!! Never do I waste my time writing reviews!!!! But this had to be done!!!!

    I received the phone a few days ago. The phone cosmetics is excellent and it is in great working condition. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the battery. It is “significantly degraded” about 76%. Best Buy will not change the battery unless I pay $90 plus tax.
