its a good deal. even though its a refurbish phone it works great and looks good to no problems at all

For my teenage son. Great phone, great price. Walked in and told the service rep what we wanted. We were out in 10 minutes! A month or so in, no complaints. He has been very happy with his phone.

Phone works great excellent camera good storage space

I purchased this iPhone 13 in order to pair it with the new AppleWatch. The phone is in great condition overall.

iPhone 13 was in excellent condition as described and it has been working flawlessly ever since I received it.

The phone had 0 blemishes. It was brand new. The camera quality is a bit shaky and delayed as if I move around there is a delay for the camera to catch up. The battery life was as if it was brand new. Its speed is fast. I had a iPhone 11 unlocked and the setup was very easy. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

One word GREAT I had purchased this for someone even though it's pre owned great condition

The guys that helped me were fabulous. I was there for several hours. They did the very best to solve all the issues that we encounter and stayed with me through the whole time. I couldn't recommend them higher as they were wonderful and did a great job of helping me. The only thing I would recommend is that they show the customer how to use the phone once all the issues were solved. I figured it out after several days of use. We were all so tried dealing with the issues encountered that this was just overlooked.

This iphone 13 works great overall. I thought it was going to be slow because its a older model but it actually pretty nice and fast. It came in great condition, and it charges decent. I recommend it.

Overall the phone is in Great shape cosmetically Paying for an excellent pre owned it should have more battery life than 81 percent. price for that iphone in excellent condition is too much if you have to replace the battery shortly after purchasing.

The 13 is the last phone with a physical sim and on top of that has been a good phone all in all.

I needed a new phone. After researching, I found that Best Buy had the best deals on refurbished phones. In less than two hours, I purchased the recommended model from Best Buy, and their Geek Squad had transferred data from my old phone. Thanks to Best Buy, I have a newly refurbished iPhone 13! And due to my Best Buy Total Membership, all the Geek help was free!
