It is good for the value of the product. I believe I could have better if I upgraded to iPhone 14. The price is no big difference but better performance and looks.

It worked fine and was available quickly. Thankful for brick and mortar stores. If your phone is unusable, it is hard to get a replacement without places like best buy. Working well.

Phone is in great condition to be a used product. The Geek Squad know what they are doing when they prepare a product to be re-issued to a customer.

I am always very wary of purchasing a pre-owned electronic device. However, the3 price was great and the phone works perfectly. Yes, I would buy one of these pre-owned phones from Best Buy again (I didn't even KNOW they sold pre-owned phones!).

Phone looks amazing flawless. Did the check list and everything runs smoothly. Battery checked out after charging at 100% health. Charged now 4 more times and battery health hasn’t changed. Both speakers working great. I would buy again.
