    I bought 2 of these phones and love them! I didn’t realize they were refurbished phones until I got them but as it turns out they look brand new and function flawlessly. The camera on this phone is awesome. It takes very clear and sharp photos and videos. The battery lasts much longer than my previous iPhones. I can be on this one either on the web, texting or calling most of the day and still have battery at night. It’s definitely a great little phone.

    In my opinion, I think it's a good buy. Paying a high price for a new phone these days is a shame! I really liked this purchase, and the phone looks and works like new. Personally, I won't buy a new phone again; I'd rather buy one like this and get the most out of it.

    The product was way overpriced for a used phone could have gotten one online cheaper. I needed one at the time. Customer service was nice until they got my money then they didn’t want to help me when I had questions. They wanted to go to the next customer first and then help me. I didn’t like that. Went somewhere else for accessories and help with the phone. I noticed a scratch on the lens after I left.
