Great phone, working great and have no problems so far.

I get the iPhone on the time it was said to delivered, it works very well and it’s in perfect conditions love it.

My son was beyond excited when I gave him this new phone. The camera takes great pictures and he has not had any issues with it. Would recommend to anyone!

So far Happy for a low-end iPhone that my kid doesn't care about. Wanted Pink but then said she actually wanted green. How lucky was I to order green when pink was sold out? $75 richer due to this option and she never blinked...

The cellphone was excellent conditions. Actually I was expecting that cellphone be slow or any bug, but during these weeks the cellphone had no problems.

Looks, feels, and performs like a brand new iPhone. The clerk even activated this new phone and downloaded/transferred everything from my old phone (which I left as a recycle), Great value/price for a Senior living on a limited income!!

looked like a brand new phone, no probs, except both people complained immediately it was slower than their old phone, they determined with our carrier that all newer phones are easier to regulate your download speed. we compared the phones next to each other and the iPhone 11 was way faster, like 1.5 minutes faster just to get to log in page at 3 different times thru-out the day. We work within 1000 ft from a 5g tower. I never switched anything with my plan to do this test. So one has already switched back to his iPhone 11 as he can work faster by hand than waiting for the new phone to work thru the server. So Is newer technology better?

Loved the phone, it looks brand new and was easy to activate. I always purchase my IPhone from Best Buy because there trusted and I never have any issues!

Phone physically in good shape but battery needed changing as was well below 80% and stated needed service. Had to purchase new battery

Needed a phone for my son and decided to go with this phone, it was in excellent condition and exceeded expectations.

My old phone was still in decent shape but at 10 years I figured it was about time to upgrade, especially with the looming tariffs. Very happy with my used purchase. As good as new and I don’t regret the change.

Only con on the used phone is that it had a scratches around the camera and the battery life is only at 85% other than that phone is perfect!
