    I was told that all of my files from my old phone transferred, but I still don't have access to my email. My iPhone 13 also was not connected to my truck for audio books, etc. I plan to be at the Best Buy on Monday 06/23/2025 in the afternoon to get everything resolved.

    My biggest complaint is there was quite a bit of noticeable wear on the phone, definitely could’ve been cheaper because of that. Other than that the phone works great.

    I needed a phone because mine broke, but I was getting that replacement from Verizon so I wanted to get a phone that I could return and this gentleman gave me the exact thing I was looking for I will 100% recommend buying anything from Best Buy specially from this gentleman

    Online purchase was easy although it took a while to receive. It came a little earlier than expected and that was nice. My daughter loved receiving this iPhone. I wish I could've gotten her a brand new one, but she loved this one all the same. She take very good care of it. Happy 13th birthday to my baby girl.

    Great! Works like new, no issues. Geek Squad team is wonderful! Should’ve done this for my last phone. Their unlocked refurbished offers are so easy to work with and transfer over with any carrier you may have. We chose Mint Mobile at home. Easiest process ever. Thank you!

    Works great, wonderful battery life. I charge to 100% and don’t charge it over night and when I wake up it’s on 97% that’s pretty awesome. It came looking and working brand new
