This one has problem with volume - the ringtone and notification sounds will not allow increases in volume. They both reset to zero volume whenever we try to increase the volume. The sales people were helpful.

I ended up having to return it and was lucky the manager was willing to waive the restocking fee. Even geek squad certified things can be a hit or miss I guess
