I phone 13 is just like I phone 11 so it was very easy to get used to it

I was told that all of my files from my old phone transferred, but I still don't have access to my email. My iPhone 13 also was not connected to my truck for audio books, etc. I plan to be at the Best Buy on Monday 06/23/2025 in the afternoon to get everything resolved.

Great condition! Slightly worn down battery life… but makes sense because it’s previously used.

Online purchase was easy although it took a while to receive. It came a little earlier than expected and that was nice. My daughter loved receiving this iPhone. I wish I could've gotten her a brand new one, but she loved this one all the same. She take very good care of it. Happy 13th birthday to my baby girl.

I wanted to buy a new phone for my girlfriend. Her iphone 8+ was fading fast, and there seemed no way to transfer the information from phone to phone. I know, there's a way, but due to a number of factors, the carrier's issue with me not being on the account, and her not being able to get out of the house, it would'n work. The carrier suggested, the easiest way to do the switch was to buy a refurbished iphone 13 and switch the SIM cards. That's what I did. The refurbished phone was as good as new, and works perfectly. She is extremely happy with the phone. She still has to get used to swiping, instead of pushing a button.

I needed a phone because mine broke, but I was getting that replacement from Verizon so I wanted to get a phone that I could return and this gentleman gave me the exact thing I was looking for I will 100% recommend buying anything from Best Buy specially from this gentleman
