I ordered this phone and was told it was delivered by FedEx and signed for when no one ever came to my door. I triple check the address and it was incorrectly. The signature doesn’t match my neighbors, apartment complex, or the front office manager. I called FedEx and they said that they were already working on an investigation but after a few days told me to just reach out to Best Buy. I did so and their costumer service said they would request a refund and start an investigation and that i would hear from them within 48-72hrs. About a week later i finally heard from them and they said they were not going to help at all and i was sol. I would strongly advise against ordering this product as the person they contracted to do their orders gave away my package and Best Buy happily took $587 without insuring i actually got the phone. Lesson learned i will never order from them again.
