Best Buy does absolutely nothing to certify used products. The phone had a battery health of 89% when I got it and it randomly shuts off. The network settings constantly had to be reset. It’s an unacceptable product. If the phone is certified I fully expect it to be tested and the battery replaced prior to a sale being made. Don’t ever buy used products from Best Buy. Their technical employees are a waste of money on the payroll. They don’t look at used products they just stick them in a box and call them certified. Their customer service and sales associates on the other hand are awesome and did a fantastic job from the purchase to the return and were very helpful with the entire process. This product was purchased at the cedar park TX. I can’t stress this enough only buy new products from them. Their sales associates are great and help you get what you need but their geek squad and technical workers don’t do anything.

Phone works properly. But battery health was at a 60-70%

The phone is okay .. it came with the battery life already at 78% which is not great but I will probably get a new battery later on . The customer service however was horrible . I kept getting different stories from different people and it was just very frustrating .

One week after the one month warranty (for reconditioned phones like this) expired the phone quit on me. Buyer beware. Far from “excellent condition” put in the product title. Offered me 150 as trade in when I paid more than twice that 6 weeks earlier.

I sent the iphone 13 to the philippines, and i trusted them so much. It was one day delayed when i picked it up from the store. So i didnt bother to check this out. . When my son activated the phone, he first checked the battery health. And dismayed that the battery health is only 84%. I should have bought from known store since just only a hundred dollar difference. They said it almost new. Since the first customer just returned it 3 days ago.

Received malfunctioned phone, only time it doesn’t breakup is when I use AirPods. Very disappointing given how much money I was charged

Sold me a defective phone. Top corner had a deep scratch on screen. Physical screen was warped, like heat exposure. Screen capture for phone transfer turned black and would freeze. Asked for replacement. Let’s see what happens

No good guy that worked there never told me it was pre owned.

It arrived very damaged and beaten, I did not return it due to lack of time.

I want to buy new iPhone, salesman gave me preowned and not informed also, after one week I received that time I came to know

This was not disclosed that it was a preowned phone when I was purchasing in store. I would not have purchased it. It had scratches and dents all over it.

Good quality product, reasonably priced with heightened security for my data!

Overall a very nice phone. Great to finally have 5G!
