This phone looks new. I was really surprised. The battery health is 91% for maximum capacity. It is quite difficult to run down to zero. The only time I've gotten it there is during a 2 hour livestream that went over by an hour and a half. The phone finally gave up after 3 and a half hours of constant use as a camera over wifi and bluetooth. I am disappointed that I cannot seem to enroll the phone in my Best Buy Total protection plan, though.

So iphone13 phone is great. Camera take good quality photos/videos. Sound quality on calls with speaker sound crisp. Only complaint isnt really a complaint for most- i find the phone larger than I wanted but knee that before buying it. It may be difficult using one handed for some things, I chose the pro version instead of the mini for the camera mainly.

Pretty surprising how new it looks and performs. I’ve always been hesitant to purchase anything refurbished but aside from the packaging the phone has been perfect for a few weeks now. Cosmetically flawless and it functions the way a brand new iPhone comes out of the box. Exceedingly pleased with this purchase.
