My experience/ Nightmare.

It was supposed.to be in my hands 8 days ago. The phone got lost on the way. I have to wait 14 more days to get.my money back. I cannot file a claim with Ups because Best Buy are the ones who have to do it. Tree weeks ago I bought a Dji drone almost $1000. I pay extra. For expedite shipping. I go it 5 days late and they sent me a thing that look like somebody took it from the garbage. There not only expensive but not reliable and they sell garbage. I can buy that phone $200 cheaper. Never again .

Small scratch on the middle of the screen, came at 88% battery health, and didn’t come with a charger for some stupid reason. Not worth 800 AT ALL. Stupid purchase, don’t buy. I’d add photos but I am unable to since I’m currently writing this review on the phone.

Back camera does not work

I shpuld have checked everything but I did not think there could be any issue so I just sent it to Nepal. Later found out that back camera is’nt working. It can not take pictures and videos. I ca not even return because phone is is in nepal. Total waste of my money.
