I have used this phone for 2 weeks and found it very easy to use, and it seems to have good battery life. I love the photo quality and variety of special features you can choose to enhance your photos. Though it is a refurbished phone, it appears new and has worked flawlessly.

I think the camera is good. Battery is good. And after a week or so i havent had any problems. But the screen looks so weird sometimes.

This product is excellent, and I got it at a great price. I don't need the latest technology, but I love the look and functionality of this phone. It's a pre-owned phone but it's in immaculate condition - zero scratches and wonderfully clear and colorful. My wife remarked: "You love that phone don't you" and my immediate response was: "Oh! Yes". Well done, Best Buy.
