Do not buy refurbished from Best Buy

I paid over $800 for a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro Max (because I didn’t want to buy the 15), and everything seemed fine. At 3 months my phone speaker didn’t work, my map did not ever know my location (so I can’t use navigation at all), and my speakerphone speaker blew This is a complete scam. The phones have lipstick on them and then blow the second you can’t return it
