I’m a customer who purchased this phone I was really disappointed that the battery was not replaced. The percentage was 80 percent if your going to say the phone is in excellent condition than these things need to be addressed. I was also told I had 14 to return the phone I was not told I had a warranty for ninety days customer service just saying something to you and don’t know. They need to be trained on policy of warranty.

I give this as a gift to my daughter… shes in high school so i dont give her any fancy phones … she still enjoys it because its reliable and still can compete with new cellphones now..

The iPhone 13 Pro Max is a great phone. It's a wonder they ever made it with this storage size though. 128GB is not enough for me and I barely use my phone. Size up or two on storage and you'll have a solid phone for years to come.

Phone was really good. It came with no scratches or dents which I was initially worried about. Batt health was 88% a little lower than I expected but everything else was okay. Delivery was efficient, it came on time.

This phone is nice. Compared too the phone i had this one is hands down awesome! Beautiful pictures. Response quickly to every command. I'm so glade that i got this S24 had a i phone 13 pro max. Didn't even come close to this S24 Samsung ultra.
