Love the fact I had found the phone that would work with my plan, had been looking for the IPhone 13 every where. No one had it. Called the Best Buy store and found it at the store!.

I’ve had this purchased for over a month and for a refurbished item it’s working perfectly and as of looks it looked completely new! I’m very satisfied and had a great experience for this being my first refurbished item and was quite pleased to be able to get this very last minute since my iPhone 11 Pro charging port totally broke.

Its a great phone and eventho it was pre owned it has worked well it was a good buy for a reasonable price

I will give this Montclair store a 5 out of 5 rating because when I was looking for a new phone they helped me they best they could and then I went to a different store just to come to find out Best Buy was cheaper and also I plan kn getting another phone today if I get this $400 card and also I went back to the store and they helped me find the best phone thank you!

The IPhone that I bought at Best Buy was wrapped safely and item was in a very good condition. I love shopping at BestBuy because it very reliable and trustworthy.
