Good phone good price over all great place to buy a phone

I love the two home screen screen savers. I’m still working on getting apps back on the phone because I was hacked.

Looks new a little bit scratch but not able to see it until you focus but I am satisfied with the phone

Its so nice the unit and good condition and the color is nice

Would be nice if the phone didn’t have dents and scratched up on edges but other than that it’s fine I still don’t understand why they’re 850+ but I needed a another phone..

Got it for my granddaughter. Had it shipped to her. She loves it.

We’re very happy we bought our I phone from Best Buy, delivered 3 days earlier.

Note: I verified that this review does not violate any of the "review guidelines" listed. That being said- I would gladly recommend the phone- just not from Best buy! I really enjoyed the upgrade from my old phone- it's too bad that when I activated it, my carrier ended up suspending my service and I had to call to confirm as to why. They indicated that 'the phone that I just activated was listed as "stolen", and they will not activate a stolen phone per their policy'. (so I'm currently stuck with a $700 'paperweight'.) I looked up the IMEI to verify that it was in fact reported as "stolen". I called Best buy customer support three times and the calls ended up getting disconnected about 30 minutes into the first 2, while I attempted to get the case escalated, to see who needs to get involved before I end up possibly having to take this matter up with my local law enforcement. I'm now awaiting a call back to see what my options are at this point... You'd think Best buy would vet their "certified pre-owned" merchandise (or 3rd party vendors) before offering them up for sale- and now it's my problem until they're able to get it resolved. (Not too "certified", if you ask me...) Again- Buyer beware. Hopefully this review stays up so it can save someone else the headache and frustration, if nothing else.

Best thing about this phone is the reinforcement it has been for me dropping it frequently at job sites.

The phone battery health was not good and also it has few scratches

Refurbish is not working for me as a new items for that reason

The screen freezes and it doesn’t even work when I refresh the page. I have to delete the page since I’m on safari and and I have to start a brand new page . I hope they can trade it for a better phone I just got this for like. 2-3 weeks.
