I got this for my daughter. She's enjoying it! Looks new!

I paid extra for a excellent condition and it is in less than poor condition. Multiple deep scratches and on the back it has permeant damage from the previous owners case. The battery life is at 85% this is NOT what I paid for. It was a gift for my son for Christmas and he lives in a different state. In order to get this problem resolved they told me I have to take in store myself and do a full return. That is completely unreasonable. Do not waste your time buy from bestbuy.

Sorry to say this one comes without a SIM card. You will need to GoTo your ATT&T or T-Mobile etc to purchase a electronic SIM card. And it’s a monthly fee to your account. So check before you buy because it’s $45.00 restocking fee if you open the box.

I bought it for my sister in Bangladesh and she loves it .

The phone did not work. When it arrived, I started the set up process and while updating the IOS the phone got stuck in a loop and would not do anything. I had to return it. I got a full refund.

I love it. It's great. I would purchase a pre-owned again.

This phone was horrible. The camera didn’t work, it kept shutting down spontaneously, and for no reason. It was my second time returning a phone to Best Buy. I guess the third time is the charm. I got a good phone and excellent help. I will not be buying another phone from Best Buy though.

I bought this because it said excellent condition, the battery was 82% max. That is not excellent! I returned the phone, I was told pre-owned are not best buy products but a third party seller. That is not what I expect from Best Buy! I’ll never buy pre owned again! The store gave me a little flack back but did refund the full price I paid & refunded the screen protector I bought.

Need to return it. It holds a charge for about two hours.
