    Fast delivery and great phone, I have always bought my phones over the years from Best Buy - unlocked it the only way - you get ripped off from the Vendors - thank for this unlocked phone option

    I upgraded from iphone 6s to 14 pro. Lets just say i have the bragging rights amongst my friends. Most of them have iPhone 16 pro max but they don’t have the same excitement I had.

    Item i received was damaged had several small scratches and a deep one on the screen very easy to see. I returned it almost immediately and exchanged it for a New one. I got charged a restocking fee even though wouldn't have returned it if it wasn't damaged. Poor experience Best Buy just resells used phones like eBay and Amazon.
