As the product description says it’s used by an excellent condition, and after talking with the customer service desk about conditions yes the phone is exactly as it says. It works fine and the battery is great so far there appears to be no issues with the phone.

I was hesitant on buying a pre-owned phone, but I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality. My iPhone 14 arrived at my store a few days late, but there were no other issues. Phone looks like new and if there are any scratches, they are not noticeable. After upgrading from an iPhone 8 with a quickly dying battery, I love my new phone! It also comes with USB charging cable.

For a pre-owned phone, it came in suprisingly good shape and had one minor scrape on the side, but one downside is that it came with an usb-a to lightning cable instead of usb-c. It also came with a sim ejector in the box even thought this is one of apples first esim only phones
