    Was looking for an upgrade and i didn’t want to spend a lot on a brand new phone so this was good decision. Definitely would buy from the same program again in the future

    I upgraded from iphone 6s to 14 pro. Lets just say i have the bragging rights amongst my friends. Most of them have iPhone 16 pro max but they don’t have the same excitement I had.

    Item i received was damaged had several small scratches and a deep one on the screen very easy to see. I returned it almost immediately and exchanged it for a New one. I got charged a restocking fee even though wouldn't have returned it if it wasn't damaged. Poor experience Best Buy just resells used phones like eBay and Amazon.

    I paid extra for a excellent condition and it is in less than poor condition. Multiple deep scratches and on the back it has permeant damage from the previous owners case. The battery life is at 85% this is NOT what I paid for. It was a gift for my son for Christmas and he lives in a different state. In order to get this problem resolved they told me I have to take in store myself and do a full return. That is completely unreasonable. Do not waste your time buy from bestbuy.
