    The phone is in SUPER good condition. Looks and feels brand new! No scratches or damages. I was a little worried at first to buy a used phone but I’m glad I saved myself the extra bucks cuz it’s pretty much new! So happy hehe

    The phone looks great. It works okay for the most part but the battery life is terrible!! It dies really fast. And the camera is not clear as i was expecting it to be.

    My kid mobile games a decent amount, and enjoys the usual teenage online life. The gaming really requires a solid machine, and this is it. Best Buy refurbished is outstanding, glad went this route.

    Oh Boy, is this phone just perfect for me! The color purple is just beautiful! You will not regret buying the 14 pro. This phone was used but you can not even tell it was. It looks brand new! The only thing that happened was that the phone was in a hard plastic case that was broke when I received it. But No damage to the phone at all. Thankfully!
