    I bought the iphone because I was constantly dealing with unwanted ads that were driving me crazy on my android. It is such a pleasure not to have to deal with that now. The people at Best Buy were very helpful, and I am very satisfied.

    Ordered this phone for my daughter. Excellent service from the Best Buy team and quick delivery. My husband had to take her up to the store after it came in to get some support with setup & they were very helpful. This is our second phone purchase from Best Buy, we will be recommending the North Olmsted store to others.

    Battery health was @ 80% the absolute minimum and this is unacceptable. Went to Geek Squad and they would not replace the battery so I was forced to pull the trigger on a full return. Not a great experience.

    Upgrading from an iPhone X! Wasn’t sure whether I should get The 15 Pro or the 14 Pro, but after looking at each phone And their tech specs I decided that the 15 Pro wasn’t worth the extra money. The 14 Pro is amazing And it’s basically the same as the 15 Pro (no side button and maybe 45 minutes longer battery, definitely would recommend to anyone
